Our comprehensive three-day training course is designed for aspiring sleep practitioners who want to build a solid foundation in evidence-based, family-centred sleep support. With experience supporting over 2,000 families, our team brings a wealth of real-world knowledge to every session, ensuring your learning is practical, grounded, and immediately useful.
This course will leave you confident and equipped to support families with a wide range of sleep issues, using flexible, compassionate approaches that truly make a difference.
